Charlie Aikman has worked with the Company since 1989 and lives with his 10 year old son Andy on the Isle of Palms in a home that he built in 1993 and considers himself fortunate to be living out his dream. Charlie has consistently been recognized as one of Prudential’s Top Producers for the past 16 years and had the honor of receiving the award for being THE Company Top Producer of the over 600 Prudential Carolina agents in 2001. Charlie attributes his phenomenal track record of well over $70,000,000 in sales in just the past four years to an ethic of hard work, constant personal communication with his clients, in depth market knowledge and professional integrity. Earlier this year Charlie was honored to be presented by the National Prudential Real Estate Company with the “Prudential Real Estate 2004 Legend Award”.
