Everett is recognized as one of the top 100 Prudential agents in the United States. He has been recognized, nationally, by both Prudential and ReMax International as a sales leader. Everett was invited to attend the Luxury Enclave in 2004 and 2005, earning himself the honor as one of the elite agents to top the luxury real estate market.

Everett has lived on Sullivan’s Island for over 30 years and in Charleston all of his life. He is a true expert in the Low Country real estate market. His knowledge of the area lifestyle, market trends, and local economy has made him a leader in his field.

Everett has a degree in advertising and public relations from the University of South Carolina. He also has a Master’s degree in teaching from the Citadel. Prior to entering the real estate business, Everett taught in the public school system. Understanding the value of staying ahead of the curve, Everett has been trained by top real estate trainers, including Joe Stumph, Mike Ferry, Howard Brinton, Walter Stanford, and Ken Goodfellow.

Everett is married to former Margaret Bristow from Darlington, SC, and has two children, Eliza, a student at Brown University, and Anna, who is in 2nd grade at Sullivan’s Island Elementary School.
